- María Irene Fornés

Arianna Gayle Stucki is an actor and playwright. She is a graduate of the Juilliard School (Group 51, MFA Class of '22).
Born and raised in Utah, USA, Arianna has trained in over a dozen countries, researching story and ritual from Ireland to India to Italy.  She received a BA in Theater Arts from NYU Abu Dhabi with top honors. 
She was also awarded the John M. Stix scholarship, and the Joseph W. Polisi "Artist as Citizen" award from the Juilliard School.

Arianna is most interested in theatre’s power on a global scale to help us encounter difference without fear.  Driven by this commitment, she works as an actor and playwright to celebrate the myriad ways of being this world has to offer.  


Arianna is also an Artistic Associate of The Great Globe Foundation.

As her professional debut directly after finishing school, Arianna performed over 500 performances as Mayella Ewell in the First National Tour of Aaron Sorkin's To Kill a Mockingbird.

Most recently, she joined the company of JOB for its critically acclaimed Off-Broadway run, understudying Sydney Lemmon, and acting with Succession star Peter Friedman. 

Previous roles also include Rosalind in As You Like It, Brutus in Julius Caesar, Dionysus in The Bacchae, and Ashlee in Clare Barron’s Dance Nation

Her written works have been seen at New York Theatre Workshop's Adelphi residency, The Alliance Theatre's Kendeda Festival, Noor Theatre, NYU Abu Dhabi's Art Center, NYU Tisch's Mainstage, and at the Juilliard School. Works include Memorial (co-written with Adam Elsayigh) and A Woman's Prize

She is currently back home in New York, raising a puppy named Fern.
